## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and maintain marketing assets such as campaigns, ads, social posts, and carousels.
- Create and update sales materials including decks, one-pagers, brochures, and banners.
- Translate product, business concepts, and data into clear, compelling visuals.
- Work closely with Marketing and Growth to improve performance through design.
- Continuously refine existing assets as requirements evolve.
- Contribute to event, print, and campaign collateral when needed.
- Use AI tools to explore, accelerate, and enhance design output.

## Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in creative, graphic, or communication design.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.
- Strong fundamentals in layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color.
- Ability to understand context quickly and translate it into clear, effective visuals.
- Ability to maintain and extend an existing design style consistently across formats.
- Logical thinking, clear communication of design decisions, and an iterative approach to feedback.
- Strong ownership, resourcefulness, speed, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Portfolio with at least 8 complete projects, including design reasoning or process rather than only final outputs.
- Work across web, social, sales, branding, print, and animation formats.
- Original work that is not heavily template-driven.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for image generation, mockups, animations, and related design work.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Rive.

- Annual salary range: INR 1,800,000–2,500,000.
