## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Legal Operations
- Drive the Legal team's operational strategy and improve systems and workflows.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize an AI-driven legal technology stack.
- Partner with AI, go-to-market, marketing, and partnerships teams to identify technologies, negotiate with vendors, and drive implementation.
- Manage legal budgets, forecasting, accruals, and spend tracking with Finance and Legal leadership.
- Own planning cycles, OKRs, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Manage outside counsel relationships, engagements, billing guidelines, invoicing, and e-billing.
- Build knowledge-management platforms and learning and development programs.
- Manage vendors, contract signatures, attorney memberships, practice guidelines, expenses, and team meetings.

### Contract Lifecycle Management
- Serve as the primary intake point for legal requests, triaging by urgency and complexity and routing them to the appropriate owner.
- Conduct baseline legal reviews and approvals, escalating complex or high-risk matters to counsel.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes for tracking requests, contracts, deadlines, responsible managers, and renewals.
- Manage contract templates and organization, including vendor MSAs, NDAs, and offer letters.
- Implement and maintain operational safeguards.

### Corporate and Compliance Matters
- Support corporate transactions, including due diligence and virtual data room preparation.
- Support post-closing integrations and follow-ups.
- Manage annual filings, updates, and deadline tracking.
- Prepare and update internal company policies and team training on legal issue spotting, privacy, governance, and HR.
- Track and implement website and privacy policy updates.
- Maintain general records and prepare checklists and project support materials.

### Data Privacy
- Track data subject deletion requests and assist with transparency reporting.
- Organize and maintain data maps.
- Coordinate and track data protection impact assessments.

## Requirements
- At least 5 years of legal administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Motivation to grow and expand legal operations knowledge.
