## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Audit current recruiting practices, employer-brand presence, careers site, referral program, and event footprint.
- Establish baseline recruiting metrics, including cost per hire, referral percentage, sourced-hire percentage, time to fill, and offer acceptance.
- Relaunch and track the employee referral program.
- Coordinate a shared recruiting and Marketing event calendar.
- Create careers-site and “life at Vapi” content.
- Run technical recruiting events, including hackathons, meetups, and campus sessions.
- Launch and nurture a talent community through newsletters, team spotlights, and silver-medalist re-engagement.
- Present a 12-month recruiting-program roadmap with measurable targets.
- Partner with Talent, Recruiting, hiring managers, and Marketing.

## Requirements
- Experience building recruiting programs, employer brand, or talent communities from scratch.
- Experience operating recruiting events end to end, on time and on budget.
- Ability to use recruiting metrics to measure program effectiveness.
- Understanding of candidate marketing and partnership with Marketing teams.
- Strong writing skills for careers pages, newsletters, event copy, and team spotlights.
- Comfortable being the first and only owner of a function in a fast-growing startup.

- Salary of $160,000–$200,000 plus equity ownership.
