## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Grow healthcare and medicine on Kalshi with founder energy: be creative, tap into the community, and help build a great product.
- Own healthcare holistically: markets, liquidity, growth, paid efforts, and more.
- **Market Coverage**: Launch every relevant healthcare and medicine market on Kalshi, including FDA approval decisions, drug trial readouts (Phase 1/2/3), PDUFA dates, ASCO/AACR conference data drops, biotech binary events, pandemic and public health milestones.
- **Organic Growth**: Engage with BioPharma Twitter/FinTwit biotech accounts, r/biotech, r/stocks biotech threads, clinical trial trackers, FDA-decision-day communities, biotech Substacks, and newsletter writers.
- **Paid Growth**: Ideate and help build static and video assets for paid social campaigns on IG, TikTok, X, and Reddit.
- **Affiliate Growth**: Recruit biotech YouTubers, FinTwit/BioTwit accounts, and healthcare newsletter writers.

## Requirements
- Deeply obsessed with healthcare, medicine, and drug development.
- Relentless with a "whatever it takes" attitude.
- Ability to take ownership, figure things out, dream big, and commit to building something useful.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience or strong familiarity with prediction markets, financial markets, biotech, or healthcare policy.
- Track record in growth, community building, content creation, or affiliate partnerships in healthcare/biotech spaces.
