## Job Description

## What You’ll Do

### Accounting Operations:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, prepaid transactions, and month-end close tasks.
- Responsible for accounts payable, Expensify, and fixed assets.
- Support AP reconciliations and the AP run process.
- Monitor GL accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

### Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls over AP and fixed asset accounting.
- Identify and propose improvements to streamline processes.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

## What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a U.S. GAAP based company.
- Familiarity with **NetSuite**.
- Strong **Excel** skills and attention to detail.

## Nice to Have
- Exposure to cost accounting or expense allocation practices.
- Understanding of equity or bonus compensation accounting is a plus.
