## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with signed and prospective partners in Korea across enablement, solutioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales opportunities with cross-functional OpenAI teams.
- Manage partner onboarding, including sales training, technical enablement, security and provisioning, and support operations.
- Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell OpenAI solutions through project plans, milestone tracking, and joint QBRs.
- Coordinate co-developed solutions, including use-case definition, demo assets, and localized technical documentation.
- Monitor partner performance, identify risks, and lead remediation or acceleration plans.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Establish operational rhythms such as roadmap briefings, asset distribution, and sales enablement refreshes.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, commercial terms, personnel commitments, and reporting cadences.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in alliances, partner success, or enterprise software or systems integration sales.
- Experience with partner onboarding and activation, preferably with hyperscale cloud or enterprise SaaS vendors, consulting firms, regional systems integrators, or technology consultants.
- Strong program management skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Korean enterprise ecosystem and experience managing local and global partner teams.
- Experience in an early-stage, high-growth environment building partner programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Native-level Korean and professional English fluency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
