## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with brand leadership to align on priorities and translate business initiatives into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborate daily with brand engineers to ensure they have a deep understanding of what needs to be built and why
- Own end-to-end coordination of initiatives across Experiences, Collection, integrations, and Rent Free
- Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the workflows, metrics, and integrations behind each Brand surface
- Map and document internal and external integrations, surfacing gaps and dependencies early
- Track the metrics that matter for each initiative and use them to guide prioritization
- Serve as the source of truth across Brand workflows, keeping stakeholders and engineering aligned
- Drive initiatives to completion, keeping delivery on track and communication tight

## Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- A technical background — TPM experience is ideal, but engineering or other technical backgrounds are equally welcome
- Strong technical fluency: comfort with workflows, metrics, and reading/understanding integrations (internal and external)
- Exceptional communication skills — this is core to the role
- Familiarity with common product/project management, analytics, and integration tooling
- Ability to own and drive initiatives end-to-end across multiple workstreams

## Nice-to-Haves
- Brand or marketing experience
- Fintech, rewards, or loyalty experience
- Startup experience
