## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Maintain and update detailed sailing schedules in Core, coordinating with Gateway teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure schedules are accurately published and aligned, and communicate updates promptly to relevant parties.
- Review and maintain schedules to reduce mismatches between auto-sourcing outputs and offline schedules.
- Support the rapid release of Shipping Orders (SOs) to the correct sailings, particularly during high-volume and peak-season periods.
- Collaborate with Gateway Planning, Product, and BCO Management teams on schedule feasibility and product development.

## Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate proactively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute process-improvement ideas.

## Nice-to-have
- Prior experience with supply chain platforms.
