## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to build role scorecards, sharpen hiring criteria, and design efficient interview processes.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates across channels, building strong outbound pipelines.
- Manage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline while maintaining a high bar and a strong candidate experience.
- Advise hiring managers on market data, leveling, and competitive offers.
- Represent the company’s mission and culture compellingly to candidates throughout the process.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning technical and non-technical hiring.
- Proven ability to build strong outbound pipelines and close passive candidates.
- Experience hiring across varied profiles, including engineering, operations, compliance, and go-to-market roles.
- Strong judgment and ability to move quickly and make decisions autonomously in a low-process environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior hiring managers.
- Genuine excitement about working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

## Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: **$175,000–$250,000**, plus equity and benefits.
