## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Czech and broader Central European territory.
- Run and close complex enterprise deals involving C-level and VP stakeholders.
- Become an expert on Censys’ security data and SaaS platform.
- Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain an accurately forecasted pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Negotiate agreements that create mutual value.
- Help develop the sales playbook as the company scales.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of software sales experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity.
- Experience at early-stage or high-growth companies building sales motions.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using solution-selling methodology.
- Professional fluency in English; Czech fluency strongly preferred.
- Ability to run fully virtual sales processes and executive-level presentations.
- Fluency in Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in the region.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling frameworks.
- Existing relationships or credibility within Czech or broader Central European enterprise, financial services, or cloud security buyer communities.

## Compensation
- Estimated pay range: €110,000–€150,000 annually, or approximately CZK 2.7M–3.7M.
