## Job Description

## What You'll Own
- **Paid search**: Own full search strategy, campaign management, and funnel optimization across all search platforms
- **Paid social**: Own all paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels including audience targeting, creative briefing, and CAC optimization
- **Creative direction**: Brief and review ad creative across channels; maintain a continuous refresh cadence tied to channel performance
- **Experimentation and reporting**: Build and own attribution infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and a structured A/B testing program across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with GTM, Design, and Product to optimize the full conversion funnel

## What We're Looking For

### Must-Haves
- 3–5+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social
- Proven track record driving SMB or professional-audience acquisition through digital channels
- Proficiency across some or all of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Startup orientation and comfortable operating without a large support team, building processes from scratch, and context-switching across priorities

### Nice-to-Haves
- Experience marketing to physicians, clinical staff, or healthcare providers
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance constraints in digital advertising
- Experience with SEO strategy and content-driven acquisition
- Background in B2B SaaS or health tech with a professional-audience ICP
- Experience running video ad campaigns (YouTube, Meta video, OTT)

## Compensation and Benefits
