## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the execution of end-to-end accounts payable operations, including vendor invoice processing, employee travel and expense (T&E) reimbursements, and critical cash movement activities across banking platforms.
- Manage routine and non-routine AP processes independently.
- Leverage modern financial tech tools to troubleshoot issues.
- Actively propose process improvements to scale efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Support month-end close activities, accruals, and account reconciliations (preferred).
- Identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities (preferred).

## Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Experience working with procurement and expense management platforms, preferably Zip, Ramp, BILL, or similar systems.
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Experience initiating and managing electronic payments, wires, ACH transactions, and other banking activities.

## Nice-to-Haves
- 1+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up.
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience, with deeper mastery of full-cycle AP workflows.
- Experience supporting month-end close activities, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements or automation opportunities.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive pay: $91,000 - $106,400 (based on ATS salary data).
