## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Engage complex customers to help achieve unified platform goals.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with Account Executives and Solutions Architects.
- Coach account teams and peers on positioning, adoption strategies, and execution.
- Influence stakeholders through complex engagements involving cloud ecosystems and third-party applications.
- Advise customers as a trusted solution architect on data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Develop customer-facing technical collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Pursue development through technical specialization, industry thought leadership, strategic customer vision, or people management tracks.

## Requirements
- Experience with complex customer interactions and technical pre-sales sales lifecycles.
- Background in data engineering, data warehousing, or machine learning/AI.
- Ability to work autonomously with ambiguous requirements and challenging customer environments.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by developing relationships and orchestrating teams.
- Coding experience in Python or SQL, with willingness to learn Apache Spark.
- Hands-on experience with complex proofs of concept and public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs and navigate competitive landscapes.

## Nice to have
- Databricks Certification.
