## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to understand use cases, business processes, and supporting systems.
- Design and build AI agents, code tools, and automations in Kustomer Concierge and Envoy.
- Guide customers through the data and integration work required to support AI agents, identifying necessary system changes.
- Build proofs of concept in testing environments.
- Test, debug, and tune AI configurations in production using logs, stack traces, and API responses.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback, develop best practices, and write documentation.
- Collaborate across the company to share AI knowledge and best practices.
- Travel as needed to support customer initiatives.

## Requirements
- Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or engineering, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Experience leading effective customer discovery sessions and analyzing customer use cases and business processes.
- Hands-on experience building integrations and prototypes with REST APIs.
- Strong API testing and debugging skills.
- Ability to read and reason about JavaScript code.
- Daily experience using AI coding and reasoning tools, with informed opinions on producing quality output.
- Familiarity with customer experience and support operations, including omnichannel delivery across email, voice, chat, social, and bots.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Curiosity about new technologies, tooling, and frameworks.
