## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source and close new organizers across nightlife, festivals, and live events through the full sales cycle.
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, networking events, and referrals.
- Run live product demonstrations and negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms.
- Forecast deal stage, probability, and timeline rigorously.
- Coordinate handoffs with Customer Success and Account Management after close.
- Share client feedback with Product and Marketing to shape the roadmap.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or prospecting experience with a track record of top performance.
- Proven success with outbound sales and closing high-velocity deal cycles.
- Strong negotiation and contract experience.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline rigorously.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to run converting live demos.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the live events, entertainment, or ticketing industry.
- Experience scaling a community professionally or as a passion project.
- Startup experience.
