## Job Description

- First principles and systems thinking: decompose novel problems, reason from fundamentals, design compounding systems
- Thinking beyond the engineering: deeply understand domain (data systems, workflows, agent work) to design better systems, train better agents, make better product decisions
- Ownership of outcomes: act as Responsible Party (RP) accountable for shipping and success
- Agency: take initiative to gather context, talk to right people, read data, understand problems deeply

## Non-negotiables
- In person in Flatiron, NYC 5 days a week
