## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Configure Plenful for new customers and use cases, executing implementations on established use cases while improving the implementation process to deliver value faster.
- Engage customers in meetings to gather feedback, understand needs, assist with custom configuration, guide timelines, and hold customers accountable.
- Provide omnichannel support for customers and develop documentation on best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define operational requirements for use case templates and modules.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities and lead implementations for contract expansions.
- Work with Engineering and Product Solutions to communicate new feature needs, product requirements, and provide customer feedback and business context for product design.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or related field.
- Direct experience in customer-facing roles or managing customer relationships.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Proficient in Python.
- Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7) and related data formats (JSON, XML, YAML).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to articulate unstructured problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions including Sales and Account Management.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize independently.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and improving industry efficiency.
- Bias toward action and comfort in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- BA/BS degree preferred.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Ability to explain complex technical problems in concise, audience-targeted communication.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity in data quality management, prior authorizations, benefits verification, etc.
