## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, system imaging, device provisioning, and software installations across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Execute technical onboarding and offboarding for employees, including acquisition cohorts.
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming support requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, A/V, video conferencing, and network issues.
- Keep ticket data current and maintain accurate computer equipment inventory records.
- Train users on hardware and software, translating technical concepts into clear guidance.
- Use AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket triage.
- Guide teammates through complex tickets and recurring workflows.
- Collaborate with IT Engineers and the Business Systems Analyst on infrastructure improvements and tooling decisions.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in end-user IT support, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and inventory management.
- Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux, or a combination of these operating systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device management (MDM) platforms and inventory management systems.
- Daily use of AI tools for documentation, troubleshooting, or ticket triage.
- Experience interfacing directly with internal customers and maintaining cross-department relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a lean team with minimal oversight.

## Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring or training teammates or improving broken processes.
- Experience managing onboarding or offboarding during acquisitions or rapid growth.
- Familiarity with server operating systems, virtualization, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience building AI prompts, workflows, or automations.
- Startup experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an open-source, AI, or data science company.
