## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Monitor performance trends, investigate anomalies, conduct deep dives, and translate findings into recommendations on process, training, and strategy.
- Own and optimize the Solutions technology stack, centered on Salesforce and connected systems.
- Close workflow gaps, automate manual work, and ensure integrated, accessible data.
- Lead change management, including enablement, adoption measurement, post-launch success metrics, system governance, and tool cost-effectiveness.
- Lead Solutions-specific AI operations in partnership with the central AI Operations team: identify and prioritize use cases, deploy agents and tools, establish review and governance practices, drive field adoption, and measure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop the team; manage performance, succession planning, delegation, and future-leader development.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple Solutions subteams and influence leaders through analysis and clear communication.

## Requirements
- Experience leading business operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, analytics, systems operations, or a closely related operational function.
- Strong analytical judgment, including translating ambiguous business questions into trusted metrics, defensible analyses, and decisions.
- Experience with dashboards, KPI frameworks, business reviews, data quality, and performance reporting.
- Track record improving Salesforce or comparable business systems, including integrations, workflows, automation, data integrity, and user adoption.
- Experience leading change across multiple teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience evaluating, deploying, governing, or enabling AI-powered tools and agents.
