## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop our Sales Development team, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement
- Design and implement processes and best practices for generating qualified opportunities with the SDR team and potentially AEs
- Track, measure, and report on sales data to inform effective decision-making and strategy adjustments
- Promote a culture of sales excellence, ensuring best practices and high performance within the team
- Drive the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent and oversee the development and growth of team members
- Ensure the proper and effective use of **Salesforce** and **Outreach** for tracking and managing sales activities
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to support broader company initiatives and achieve sales goals

## Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in a management role leading SDRs or AEs
- 2+ years of experience selling **SaaS** products in an Account Executive role
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas
- High levels of energy, self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams in parallel
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

## Compensation
- Salary range: **$140,000 base ($180,000 OTE)**
