## Job Description

## What You'll Do

- **Full-Cycle Sales Execution**: Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting to discovery, demoing Warp, and closing deals.
- **Generate your own Pipeline**: Consistently source and qualify new leads.
- Follow up, close, and hand off customers to the customer success team.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with SDR's, Marketing and Product to create a smooth buying experience.
- Maintain and log all sales touch points within our CRM.

## What You Need

- A high-performing SDR/BDR background with a strong track record of sourcing and qualifying opportunities.
- High level of comfort with sales tools and processes.
- Experience handling a full-cycle sales process, from outbounding, to closing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes.
- Willingness and openness to learn new things on a daily basis.
- 1-year of selling experience.

## Nice To Haves

- Experience in fast sales cycles.
- Experience at a startup.
- Experience in selling Payroll/Compliance products.

## Compensation

On Target Earnings (OTE): $156.4k-230.7k range depending on experience plus equity.
