## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own strategy, budget, and narrative to attract developers and drive self-serve revenue through positioning, launches, partnerships, content, and marketing surfaces (developer landing pages and campaigns).
- Craft developer messaging, orchestrate launches, improve developer landing experiences with testing, and test new growth channels (developer content, partnerships, SEO, paid).
- Work cross-functionally with paid, SEO, and comms/PR teams.

## Requirements
- 5+ years in growth/marketing at fast-growing companies or selling own products.
- Deep understanding of developers (what resonates, where they show up, positioning).
- Analytical skills using Google Sheets and/or SQL.
- Strong copywriting.
- Experience in multiple channels including developer content, SEO, paid, and partnerships.
- Ownership, autonomy, bias to action.
- Ability to code (vibe level).

## Nice-to-Haves
- Can be IC or hybrid IC/manager role.
