## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and run onboarding for beta partners, including account and access setup, kickoff, enablement, and billing.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact, coordinate with Engineering and Support on issues, and drive issues to resolution.
- Manage partner program logistics and tracking, ensuring status, open issues, and next steps are clear.
- Build partner relationships and drive adoption by monitoring usage and re-engaging stalled integrations.
- Establish a cadence for gathering partner feedback, identify cohort patterns, and translate findings into actionable input for Product and Marketing.
- Provide regular updates on roadmap, milestones, and new capabilities.
- Support commercial activities, including qualifying inbound interest, preparing partner conversations, and coordinating evaluation and contracting steps with Legal and Finance.
- Cultivate partner advocacy, including case studies and reference commitments.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, partner operations, technical account management, or program management.
- Experience owning post-sale relationships end to end, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal conversations.
- Technical fluency with API concepts, documentation, and issue escalation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create lightweight processes and materials in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and sound escalation judgment.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with beta, design partner, or early access programs.
- Background in creative tooling, media and entertainment, or developer platforms.

## Compensation
- Hourly rate: approximately $100–$115.
- Three-month contract engagement, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role.
