## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices and serve as a regional resource for performance opportunities.
- Act as the primary strategic technical contact for sales teams and clients activating performance campaigns.
- Provide consultative support to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
- Simplify complex processes and products for less technical audiences.
- Partner with sellers to scale adoption of performance products and campaign best practices.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients in the USA and Canada.
- Identify advertiser issues and propose solutions involving automation, product improvements, or people support.
- Adapt best practices to regional markets and connect feedback across internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant client-facing, hands-on digital advertising experience in ad tech, ad operations, or campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with tagging and tracking quality assurance and support.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem-solving, sales-facing work, technical troubleshooting, and product or platform knowledge.
- Strong structured, detail-oriented, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
- Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits, such as Conversion API.
- Expert knowledge of web analytics and e-commerce strategies for retail businesses.
- Experience using AI tools to improve processes individually and at organizational scale.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$83,577–$146,260 USD**.
- Eligible for equity.
