## Job Description

## What You'll Own

**Blackbird Club Access**
- Own operational strategy for access-based Club Rewards
- Coordinate with restaurant partners
- Manage fulfillment
- Close gaps between promised and actual member experiences
- Identify and resolve issues proactively

**Blackbird Presents Operations**
- Own full logistics cycle for event series: ticketing setup, guest communications, venue coordination, on-the-ground execution
- Lead ticketing operations for all Blackbird Events to ensure priority access for best customers and seamless brand experience

**Blackbird Club Members Nights**
- Accountable for “turnkey” event programming in coordination with Integrated Marketing and Field Ops
- Ensure consistency, frequency, attendance, and member engagement objectives are met

**Loyalty Partnerships**
- Manage day-to-day operations for partnership with Mercedes (and future partnerships)
- Coordinate activations, track deliverables
- Serve as primary point of contact
- Lead onboarding and ongoing management of partnerships

## What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years in operations, events, partnerships, or loyalty (ideally in hospitality, media, or consumer lifestyle brands)
- Genuine love of restaurants and dining culture
- Sharp organizational instincts and bias toward action
- Comfortable managing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with ticketing platforms and event logistics tools
- Ability to own projects from first draft to final execution independently

## Compensation & Benefits
Target annual salary range: $110,000-130,000 USD (depending on work location and experience; does not include equity).  
Full-time offers may also include stock options, medical/dental/vision benefits, flexible time off, 401(k), and additional perks (subject to eligibility).
