## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own growth and product analytics end to end, including instrumentation, metric definitions, and models for activation, retention, and expansion.
- Analyze pricing, packaging, and expansion performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and revenue per account.
- Design and analyze experiments, including pricing and packaging tests, and translate results into follow-up tests, product changes, or campaigns.
- Use AI tools and automation to build scripts, agents, and repeatable self-serve workflows that replace manual analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Build the measurement foundation for a product-led growth motion, including event tracking, cohorting, and automated systems.
- Partner with growth, product, pricing, and engineering teams to identify user and monetization issues and drive insights through to shipped fixes.
- Build lightweight internal tools and automation when faster than using an engineering queue.
- Assess test and launch designs for analytical validity and uphold rigorous measurement standards.
- Establish data quality standards and documentation for consistent, trusted metrics.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, pricing/monetization analytics, or a similar analytical and operational role, ideally in a growth or product organization.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and BI/reporting tools.
- Exposure to pricing or monetization analysis, such as elasticity, packaging tradeoffs, or cohort economics.
- Fluency using AI tools for scripting, automation, and lightweight tooling.
- Experience designing and interpreting experiments and identifying flawed test setups.
- Track record of turning analysis into shipped changes.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Comfort operating with significant ownership in an evolving function.
