## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Reconcile and validate client billing data across multiple internal systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Build repeatable data-quality checks, reconciliations, and documentation that strengthen billing processes and controls.
- Partner with the Client Group to support timely, accurate client billing and answer data questions.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analyses that surface billing trends, risks, and anomalies.
- Improve processes, data flows, and automation to reduce client billing friction.
- Collaborate across Product Analytics, the Client Group, Finance, and Engineering to understand data sources and improve billing systems.
- Operate within an agile framework and prioritize effectively as needs shift.

## Requirements
- **5+ years of experience** in an analytics, data, or finance-operations role. *(The posting text states “52+ years,” which appears to be a formatting error.)*
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, large-dataset manipulation, and reconciliation.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases.
- Experience reconciling data across systems and investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy.
- Ability to navigate imperfect data and adapt to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with healthcare data, including medical or pharmacy claims and accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with billing, revenue operations, or accounts-receivable processes.
- Experience building reporting or dashboards in Looker or Tableau.
- Exposure to Google BigQuery, dbt, or similar data-warehouse tooling.
- Python or scripting experience.
- Understanding of data governance, data-quality frameworks, or internal controls.

## Compensation and Benefits
- **Compensation range:** $96,000–$124,500.
- Location-based compensation; starting pay depends on qualifications and experience.
