## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build target lists of companies and decision-makers who fit the buyer profile.
- Run high-volume outbound calls to qualify interest and book meetings.
- Personalize messaging across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Track and manage the pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Continuously refine the approach based on conversion performance.

## Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional work experience; sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Comfort with data and CRM tools.
- Ownership mentality and attention to detail.
- Drive to progress quickly in a competitive market.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $57,000–$68,000.
