## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across non-technical roles.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates while balancing speed and quality.
- Partner with leadership on hiring needs and priorities to implement trackable, accountable, data-driven talent acquisition strategies and goals.
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate management.
- Track internal SLAs and timelines, and own candidate communications.
- Report on key recruiting metrics and recommend actionable changes to leadership.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with the ability to independently manage roles end to end.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment; early-stage or rapid-growth experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing experience and comfort proactively building pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound candidates.
- Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines, report on metrics, and maintain clean recruiting operations.
- An ownership mentality, with a focus on identifying opportunities to make an impact and improve processes.
