## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior individual contributor through director-level technical roles.
- Build and execute recruiting strategies for each search, adapting based on market feedback.
- Advise hiring managers on role definitions, market trends, and candidate leveling.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align hiring with business goals.
- Engage passive and active talent and build future talent pools.
- Screen candidates for technical depth, product intuition, and leadership.
- Manage negotiation and closing strategies involving complex compensation and equity.
- Maintain precise applicant tracking system data.

## Requirements
- **8+ years** of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proven success sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill talent.
- Experience leading complex compensation conversations and converting candidates from cash-heavy roles into equity-based packages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior engineering leaders and passive candidates.
- Ability to context switch across technical domains while managing multiple requisitions.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.
- Experience influencing senior leaders through data, insight, and judgment.
- Highly process-oriented, with the ability to enforce hiring playbooks and maintain trustworthy ATS data.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
