## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Investigate escalated customer accounts to identify and mitigate payments fraud, including chargebacks, ACH returns, wire disputes, and account takeovers.
- Analyze payment fraud trends and patterns and provide actionable insights to Payments Risk leadership.
- Provide feedback on rule performance and risk logic to strengthen automated fraud defenses.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that reduce risk exposure and increase operational throughput.
- Support development and documentation of review processes as transaction volumes grow.

## Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in payments risk, fraud analysis, or risk operations within financial services, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated ownership of fraud case investigations.
- Hands-on experience with ACH, wire, and card payment systems.
- Experience with fraud detection methodologies, chargeback management, and dispute resolution workflows.
- Ability to identify fraud patterns, root causes, and systemic vulnerabilities from account-level data.
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools or cryptocurrency fraud trends, or the ability to learn technical domains quickly.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary: ₱664,350 PHP, excluding bonus.
