## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build operating plans by translating strategic priorities into goals, workstreams, owners, milestones, and decisions.
- Drive international market growth initiatives across customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Create visibility into business performance across markets and products using data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead executive communications, business reviews, strategic recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
- Connect regional needs with global priorities and provide actionable recommendations to product, research, infrastructure, and go-to-market teams.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives involving market readiness, product launches, customer adoption, operational improvements, and international growth.
- Build repeatable frameworks, planning processes, and operating rhythms for international teams.

## Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in business operations, strategy, international growth, corporate strategy, or another highly analytical operating role.
- Track record of taking ambiguous business problems from diagnosis through strategy, execution, and measurable results.
- Strong analytical ability using business performance data, market research, and customer insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready materials and senior-leader influence.
- Experience working across product, growth, finance, data science, marketing, and go-to-market functions.
- Ability to operate strategically with executives while directly advancing project execution.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in fast-moving environments.
- Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and bias toward action.
- Passion for technology, artificial intelligence, and expanding access to AI globally.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a leading management consulting firm.
- Experience building or scaling international businesses, market operations, or global growth programs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms.
