## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for the overall performance of the team.
- Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives.
- Make hiring decisions, schedule the team, and process payroll.
- Identify and develop promising talent.
- Ensure team members are fully trained and up to date on company initiatives.
- Train a team of trainers to assist with new-hire and ad hoc training.
- Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide team members toward meeting standards.

## Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Master's degree in Enterprise Risk Management or Finance.
- Graduate coursework in Insurance Risk Management and Operational Risk Management.
- No experience required.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $247,333 per year.
