## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Sell ChowNow's off-premise restaurant technology platform to independent restaurants through in-person outside/field sales.
- Take ownership of revenue generation, qualify leads, manage pipeline, and close new sales opportunities.
- Develop territory plan for outbound prospecting, build referral networks, and nurture leads to establish a book of business.
- Run in-product web demos, utilize Value Selling methodology to demonstrate thought leadership in restaurant technology.
- Complete a minimum of 45 restaurant drop-ins per week.
- Collaborate with peers and manager to improve sales practices, tools, content, and audit pipeline using SFDC reports and KPIs.
- Hit and exceed quota numbers while shaping and iterating sales strategy.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of consistent over-achievement in Outside/Field sales.
- Genuine curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
- Ability to build lasting relationships that generate referrals.
- Market expertise: know competitors, stay up to date on trends, coachable, and committed to mastering buyer decision-making.
