## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, security, data, AI/ML, and related roles, including intake, sourcing, process management, compensation strategy, and closing.
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, define candidate profiles, establish success criteria, and create structured interview plans.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, Greenhouse, Glean, and other recruiting tools to source candidates and improve workflows.
- Communicate Coalition’s mission, products, technical challenges, and opportunities for impact to candidates across backgrounds and experience levels.
- Lead offer processes for complex technical and functional hires, including compensation alignment, negotiation, closing, and transition to onboarding.
- Use recruiting metrics and reporting to assess pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, funnel conversion, candidate quality, time in process, and hiring-manager engagement.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience supporting software engineering, security, data, AI/ML, or related functions.
- Experience recruiting in high-growth, startup, technology, cybersecurity, or similarly competitive environments.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders as a business partner.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Gem, referrals, talent mapping, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and reporting to diagnose funnel performance, improve pipeline quality, and strengthen hiring outcomes.
- Clear, compelling communication and storytelling skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience hiring across seniority levels, from experienced individual contributors through senior leadership.
- Experience recruiting for remote or distributed teams across the United States and Canada.
- Experience supporting early-stage or scaling companies where hires are closely tied to company priorities and outcomes.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, insurance, risk management, SaaS, or other complex technical and regulated industries.

## Compensation and Benefits
- US base salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year, depending on geographic market and factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
