## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onboarding guide for new customers, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
- Partner with prospective customers to identify opportunities to deliver early value and support conversion and revenue growth.
- Monitor onboarding progress using internal checklists and ensure completion of required steps.
- Identify onboarding blockers and proactively resolve them with internal partners.
- Triage and respond to inbound customer questions within SLA.
- Ensure the first payroll milestone is met and educate customers on payroll tools and capabilities.
- Review account setup for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain consistent communication through check-ins and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding completion and handoff communications.
- Provide a customer-centered onboarding experience that leaves customers supported, informed, and prepared for success.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to customer needs.
- Aptitude for learning new products and subject matter.

## Compensation
- Base wage: $29.81–$35.10 per hour.
