## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product management process for the Databricks Runtime team.
- Gather customer requirements, design features, and collaborate with engineering to deliver polished, market-ready products.
- Develop product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate product activities and stakeholders from implementation through post-launch.
- Drive product launches with product marketing through blog posts, release notes, and webinars.
- Define and measure product OKRs.
- Prioritize features that make it simpler and more cost-effective for customers to govern and process petabytes of data.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Experience in product management, including inbound, outbound, and cross-functional processes.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong data analysis and operationalization skills, including SQL, rollups, and operational dashboards.
