## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own performance outcomes for Streaming TV and OLV campaigns, from planning and activation through optimization, analysis, and client-ready reporting.
- Take accountability for pacing, KPIs, and issue resolution, identifying problems before they escalate and driving them to resolution.
- Act as a client-facing partner for mid-market and enterprise advertisers, explaining performance, insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Use performance data to improve results, identify scaling opportunities, and support long-term, evergreen client growth.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to surface issues, provide feedback, and improve programmatic tools, workflows, and measurement.
- Leverage and help develop AI-powered tools and automation to improve campaign analysis, optimization workflows, and speed of learning across accounts.
- Apply learnings quickly across clients, platforms, and strategies in a fast-moving AdTech environment.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital media, performance marketing, or strategy roles, including planning, activating, and reporting on media buys.
- AI fluency, including effective use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for analysis, problem-solving, communication, and workflow automation, with critical judgment to validate outputs.
- Direct experience working in at least one major DSP, with a strong understanding of bidding strategies and optimization levers.
- Solid understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, with experience optimizing toward performance KPIs.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to prioritize impact, make tradeoffs, and recommend next steps with incomplete or imperfect information.
- Ability to take ownership, solve ambiguous problems, improve processes, and step into increasingly complex client and strategic work.
- Ability to form and defend a data-driven point of view when there is no obvious answer.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to think at both the system and account level.
- Clear communication skills, including explaining why something happened, articulating recommendations, and pushing back when appropriate.
- Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, formulas, and large datasets.
- Interest in learning new technology.

## Nice to Have
- Experience working in walled-garden platforms such as Amazon, YouTube, Meta, or similar, including their measurement constraints, optimization levers, and tradeoffs.
