## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze course performance metrics to identify content requiring updates.
- Review student feedback at scale to prioritize actionable improvements.
- Update classroom instructions to address breaking changes in libraries such as LangChain, the OpenAI SDK, and Hugging Face.
- Fix bugs and resolve student-reported issues, including token-limit problems and deprecated APIs.
- Update course text, screenshots, instructions, tutorials, exercises, and projects to reflect current tools and technologies.
- Update Udacity Workspaces using the self-service Studio tool.
- Install updated Python packages in existing workspaces.
- Update exercises and project starter code for newer programming environments, including upgrades from Python 3.6 to Python 3.12.
- Test workspaces and verify that exercises and projects function as intended.

## Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Hands-on experience with model APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, and Weaviate.
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience in Python.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Ability to debug and update Python-based exercises and projects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written communication for documenting changes and providing clear instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a student-first mindset.
