## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the AI Social render pipeline, prompts, agent loops, and visual quality of shipped media.
- Build systems that generate on-brand Instagram carousels and reels from raw input data to finished media.
- Collaborate with product, design, content strategy, and engineering partners.
- Move between exploratory proof-of-concept work and polished customer-facing releases.
- Experiment with prompts, AI tools, and integrations, and share learnings.
- Build reusable template systems and ship high-quality media efficiently.
- Lead through craft and influence as a hands-on individual contributor.

## Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of **TypeScript** and **Node.js**.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-driven systems, including prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, agent loops, and evaluations.
- At least one shipped generative-media project in image, video, voice, or music that others have used.
- A portfolio or body of work demonstrating technical depth and design sensibility.
- Formal or self-taught grounding in design, visual art, film, or motion.
- Experience shipping production code and working across exploratory and polished product development.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as **Claude Code** or **Cursor**.
- Familiarity with **MCPs** and AI-assisted workflows integrating tools such as Figma, Notion, and Linear.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, judgment, and communication skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- An ongoing personal creator practice, such as a public feed, portfolio, side project, YouTube channel, or Are.na.

## Technical Stack
- **Node.js**, **TypeScript**, **React**, **Postgres**, **AWS**, and **Temporal**.
- Major model SDKs with tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-step agent loops.
- Image and video generation, including **Veo**.
- Voice and music synthesis with **ElevenLabs**.
- Media compositing with **Shotstack**.
- Headless browser rendering.
