## Job Description

## What you'll do
- Lead, manage, and grow a team of high-functioning engineers responsible for systems and frameworks.
- Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives for high-quality, sustainable products.
- Nurture passionate engineers, multiplying senior impact and coaching early-career talent.
- Collaborate with product and design peers to execute short- and long-term team strategies.
- Implement scalable processes for productivity and agility in a dynamic environment.

## Who you are
- 5+ years engineering experience (previously staff or TL IC) and 2+ years management, or equivalent.
- Strong customer focus, working with PMs to define products, manage tradeoffs, and drive adoption.
- Experience navigating large, complex systems.
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
- Track record in growing and mentoring engineers.
- Skilled in managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects and work streams.
