## Job Description

## What You'll Do

- **Define the Standard for Creator Performance**: Act as the chief architect for how the industry quantifies creator marketing. Establish frameworks that integrate Agentio into Marketing Mix Models (MMM).

- **Become a Trusted Advisor**: Partner with sophisticated marketers to design measurement strategies for incrementality, brand lift, and sales attribution.

- **Drive the Global Measurement Roadmap**: Partner with Product and Engineering to build measurement suite based on client needs.

- **Establish the Agentio Intelligence Engine**: Transform campaign data into market intelligence via meta-analyses and causal inference studies for Retail, CPG, and App-Gen verticals.

- **Scale the Practice**: Develop operational standards, playbooks, and benchmarks.

## The Profile

- 7–10+ years in marketing analytics, measurement science, or ad-tech consulting.

- Deep expertise in MMM, Incremental Lift testing (RCTs/Geo-testing), and Multi-Touch Attribution.

- Product thinker with builder mindset; comfortable writing SQL or Python.

- Exceptional communicator for technical and C-suite audiences.

- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math).

**Compensation**: Base $180,000–$275,000, plus equity and benefits (health, 401(k), PTO, etc.).
