## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Software, UX, Data Science, Marketing, and Strategic Finance teams to align goals, quantify impact, and identify value.
- Build and refine health-specific KPIs like engagement, adoption, and member value.
- Uncover insights on member segments (hormonal health, cardiometabolic health, personalized wellness).
- Create tools and processes for analytics: data pipelines, dashboards, weekly reviews.
- Drive strategic analytic roadmap with action-oriented recommendations.
- Provide thought leadership to improve decisions and retention.
- Manage, mentor, and grow team of analysts.

## Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic/analytical role partnering with product/development teams.
- Experience leading/developing teams, driving projects, mentoring juniors.
- Player-coach: handle business questions, data wrangling, modeling, visualization, recommendations.
- Strong storytelling for complex problems.
- Influence senior stakeholders with analytics.
- Experience with experiments (A/B testing) and development teams.
- Advanced SQL, ELT (dbt), data warehousing (Snowflake), visualization (Looker, Tableau, Hex).
