## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Data Analytics, ML, Product, Engineering, and Finance to shape credit metrics, narratives, financial forecasts, and platform consensus.
- Influence credit platform and investor decisions with insights on ML models, credit, and valuation.
- Lead analytics on underwriting, credit monitoring, model impacts, asset forecasting, and valuation modeling to analyze trends and anomalies.
- Develop forecast pipelines and automated reporting for credit intelligence.
- Mentor junior team members and foster excellence in data, credit, and analytics.

## Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years professional experience with growth and leadership in technology/financial industry.
- Experience developing credit analytics, financial forecasting, or quantitative risk models with **Python**, **R**, **SQL**.
- Experience with large datasets, data modeling, pipelines using **Databricks**, **DBT**, **Looker**, **Snowflake**, **Redshift**.
- Degree in Quantitative Finance/Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or quantitative field.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Collaborative work with Finance, Product, Data Engineering, ML teams.
- Executive narratives using **Tableau**, **PowerBI**, **Looker** for C-level influence.
- SOX or regulatory reporting experience.
- Consumer lending strategy or credit capital markets experience.
- Mentoring junior team members.
