## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients to identify operational challenges, qualify business fit against the Ideal Customer Profile, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Convert inbound inquiries, trial requests, and content downloads into qualified pipeline through rapid follow-up.
- Execute targeted, multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and social outreach.
- Educate prospects on Motive’s solutions for physical operations, fleet safety, and freight automation.
- Track interactions in Salesforce, manage follow-up cadences, and re-engage stalled or missed opportunities.

## Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to connect with prospects, listen actively, and articulate value quickly.
- High energy, strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachable, open to constructive feedback, and committed to continuous development.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
