## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across a regional portfolio of active and upcoming data center projects through early-floor-access and floor-access milestones.
- Hire, develop, empower, and lead Senior Delivery Managers; plan resourcing and headcount as the portfolio grows.
- Own portfolio-level schedule, quality, and safety outcomes.
- Select, scope, contract, and manage owner's-representative and project-management partners.
- Set and enforce integrated scheduling, quality, change-control, reporting, and delivery-tool standards.
- Identify and clear blockers across developers, general contractors, and trade partners.
- Serve as the executive-level interface to regional developer and general-contractor partners.
- Work cross-functionally with transaction, design engineering, facility operations and commissioning, deployment, and safety teams.
- Maintain executive reporting on progress against plan and regional capacity projections.

## Requirements
- 10+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction projects.
- Several years as the owner's- or GC-side senior leader on a project campus.
- Experience leading a multi-project portfolio and building the team that delivered it.
- End-to-end knowledge of entitlements and permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Executive-level management of developer, GC, and third-party relationships.
- Willingness to be on site most of the time and lead through presence.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-specialist stakeholders and make decisions under challenge.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership where processes do not yet exist.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

## Nice-to-haves
- Hyperscale data center delivery experience on the owner, developer, or GC side.
- Experience with Australian, Japanese, or Korean markets, including contractors, permitting regimes, and contractual norms.
- Familiarity with lease, construction, and development contract structures and incentive alignment.

## Compensation and benefits
- Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
- Visa sponsorship may be available, subject to role and candidate circumstances.
