## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, including annual and quarterly plans, pipeline targets, channel mix, budgets, and KPIs.
- Align demand generation plans with marketing and sales leadership growth and bookings goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small marketing team while remaining hands-on as a player-coach.
- Test, measure, and optimize programs based on performance.
- Build reporting and dashboards for marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue by channel, campaign, and funnel stage.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Operations on pipeline health, forecasting, lead quality, routing, SLAs, follow-up, and conversion.
- Present results and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
- Own digital strategy across paid search, paid social, AEO, display, and retargeting.
- Manage agency and vendor partners, digital budgets, performance, and ROI.
- Partner with marketing operations on landing pages, tracking, and conversion rate optimization.
- Design and run webinars, roundtables, and in-person events, including promotion, speaker and partner coordination, logistics, lead capture, routing, attribution, follow-up, and ROI measurement.
- Partner with Client Enablement and Account Management on customer events supporting cross-sell and upsell motions.
- Build and scale account-based marketing programs for high-potential accounts, including coordinated account plans, personalized content, and multichannel engagement.
- Own lifecycle and nurture marketing across the prospect and customer journey, including automated programs supporting acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Partner with Product Marketing on lifecycle content and messaging.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, with measurable pipeline and revenue impact at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience owning a pipeline target and reporting and forecasting the full funnel.
- Experience managing and developing a team while remaining hands-on.
- Proven use of hosted virtual and in-person events as pipeline drivers.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle and nurture marketing.
- Experience managing agency relationships and digital budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
- Fluency with a modern marketing technology stack; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including executive presentations.
- Excellent collaboration with Business Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Resourcefulness and experience building programs from scratch and scaling them.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Fintech, tax, accounting, or private markets experience.
