## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies that meet headcount goals.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and other teams to scale technology hiring across APAC.
- Generate a strong candidate pipeline through employer branding, events, and employee referral initiatives.
- Provide timely reporting on recruiting metrics and insights to support decisions and improve processes.

## Requirements
- 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; in-house experience strongly preferred.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates in Taiwan.
- Experience partnering with technology hiring teams throughout the recruiting process as a trusted hiring advisor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong initiative and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments autonomously.
- A data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine strategy and improve process efficiency.
