## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Revenue/Order to Cash (OTC) product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release priorities.
- Own product discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery partnership, and launch readiness across order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, renewals, revenue recognition, close, and ERP integrations.
- Build expertise in NetSuite and related revenue systems, Finance operations, and GTM integrations.
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
- Prioritize Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales needs while balancing business value, scalability, and architectural health.
- Partner with product, engineering, architecture, program management, stakeholders, and implementation partners on OTC solutions.
- Define KPIs such as billing accuracy, days sales outstanding, manual journal entry volume, and close cycle time.
- Improve revenue workflows for subscription and consumption-based business models.
- Oversee revenue controls, data definitions, business logic, integrations, and user experience consistency.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing, release strategy, change management, training, and adoption.
- Improve revenue accuracy, time to invoice and cash, auditability, SOX compliance, and close efficiency.
- Communicate decisions, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders and executives.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant product management experience delivering enterprise business systems.
- Strong experience with Order to Cash, Quote to Cash, or adjacent revenue and finance processes.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite-based billing, revenue operations, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, collections, close, order management, subscription data, contract data, and ERP integrations.
- Experience with Finance operations, revenue accounting, billing controls, SOX and audit requirements, and upstream GTM processes.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner or equivalent product leader.
- Strong data analysis and metrics skills.
- Experience managing complex integrations, data models, business rules, and enterprise-platform dependencies.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Architecture.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with consumption-based, subscription, or other complex commercial business models.
- Advanced degree.

## Compensation
- ATS-listed salary range: $136,000–$266,000 annually.
