## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Work with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct customer discovery calls, site visits, and interviews to understand pain points in industrial and robotics environments.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for customers and stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and track product performance after launch.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations on go-to-market strategies.
- Stay current on trends in robotics, automation, and adjacent industries.

## Requirements
- 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in hardware, robotics, industrial technology, or deep technology.
- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to discuss systems, sensors, and software architecture with engineers.
- Experience working on physical products is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

## Nice to Have
- Hands-on robotics experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development.
